YMCMB Skate Plaza
Skatepark concept created as part of a larger branding narrative for Lil' Wayne. The renderings communicated that skating could be a positive aspect and central focus of community development projects. Among the proposed building concepts, an art-gallery underneath the mini-ramp, recording studio, start-up incubator, as well as food and retail spaces. The idea is that the correct mix of tenants could create opportunity for the community, and nurture those with creative and artistic inclination.
